Leadership Acceleration Initiative

The Women’s Economic Empowerment & Leadership Acceleration Initiative is a multi‑sector program designed to strengthen women’s economic mobility, leadership capacity, and digital readiness. The initiative integrates community‑based training, global mentorship, market access development, and foundational AI literacy to equip women with the skills, networks, and opportunities needed to thrive in the modern economy. We are currently working with women in LIBERIA and ETHIOPIA.

Through partnerships with Her Empact International and Atlas Meridan, the program connects local women to global professional ecosystems while building pathways into high‑value agricultural and export markets.

Rationale

Women across Africa continue to face barriers to economic participation, leadership representation, and access to future‑ready skills. At the same time, global food systems are rapidly evolving, and African agriculture holds significant potential for export growth—particularly when supported by improved processing, cold‑chain infrastructure, and international market linkages. Without intentional intervention, women risk being left behind in both the digital economy and the agri‑export economy.

This initiative addresses these gaps by combining:

Local empowerment and leadership development
Global mentorship and professional networks
Market access and export‑oriented value chain development
Foundational AI and digital skills training and data‑driven monitoring and evaluation

NIGERIA OUTREACH

Her EmPact has partnered with Vineyard International, led by Ms. Titilola Caetano. Ms. Caetano is the Nigeria Country Director and International Advisor for Humanitarian Outreach. Yearly she and her team reach thousands of people in desperate need. Please join us in giving.

Her EmPact has dedicated an outreach for families who need some assistance with the winter and holiday seasons. We have partnered with Operation Warm to distribute beautiful, NEW and very warm coats to families in need. We have partners connected to hospital, childcare centers and community centers.

Her EmPact has dedicated an outreach families in need of assistance. We work closely with schools and other nonprofit organizations to provide the basic need of families to boost their moral, increase nutritious meals and to aid in the wear withal of educational studies through creating less stressful environments by providing basic needs.
